Lights! Camera! Action! is an intensive, week-long program for young women considering a career in the entertainment industry or for those who want to gain a fresh perspective on the role of the media in their
life. The program challenges participants to become leaders with the creativity and courage to voice their
convictions and to inspire others through the powerful tool of the media. Daily seminars on ethics and other activities of spiritual formation are designed to help participants fuse their faith with their everyday life and professional goals.

Lights! Camera! Action! combines a scholarly curriculum with face-to-face interaction with entertainment and media professionals to give participants an invaluable foundation for future roles in those industries.

A day at a glance: Each morning consists of a media class, an ethics/philosophy class, and a guest speaker
from the media industry. The afternoon brings visits to TV and movie studios and other famous places in Hollywood. Evening activities include film forums and informal get togethers. Activities of spiritual formation are offered for those who wish to participate.

The Media as Business
Ethical Aspects of the Entertainment Industry
Film Screening

Interaction with media and entertainment professionals
